About
marimo is a reactive Python notebook that automatically updates dependent cells to keep state and outputs synchronized. Notebooks are saved as standard Python files with SQL support, executable as scripts, or deployable as interactive web applications. It installs via pip or conda and runs locally through a CLI that serves a web-based editor.
From the repository: “A reactive notebook for Python — run reproducible experiments, query with SQL, execute as a script, deploy as an app, and version with git. Stored as pure Python. All in a modern, AI-native editor.”
