These terms apply to your use of diggithub.com (“DigGitHub”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

DigGitHub is a free directory that helps you discover, search and save open-source projects. We may add, change or remove features, or suspend the service, at any time.

Your account

You can sign in with your Google account to save projects. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone’s rights while using the site;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
  • scrape or copy the site in bulk by automated means in a way that burdens it, or bypass any rate limits;
  • impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

Third-party projects and links

The projects listed on DigGitHub are created and owned by third parties. We link to them for convenience but do not control, endorse or guarantee them. Each project is governed by its own license and terms, which you are responsible for reviewing before you use it. Project names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigGitHub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or of any project listed on it.
