Eclipse Theia is an extensible TypeScript framework for building custom cloud and desktop IDEs and developer tools. It provides modular architecture supporting the VS Code Extension protocol and Language Server Protocol. Applications built with Theia can be deployed as browser-based web tools or packaged as native desktop apps using Electron.
