book-to-skill converts technical books, PDFs, and documentation into modular skills compatible with Claude Code, Copilot CLI, and other AI agents. It uses deterministic Python extractors to structure content into on-demand chapters, patterns, and cheatsheets to minimize context token usage. It runs directly inside supported agent environments or via a local Python CLI.
