Seelen UI is a desktop environment replacement and tiling window manager for Windows 10 and 11. It replaces the default shell with customizable toolbars, docks, desktop widgets, dynamic theming, and a keyboard-driven application launcher. It runs as a desktop application installed via the Microsoft Store, winget, or executable packages.
