PostgREST is a standalone web server that turns any PostgreSQL database directly into a RESTful API. It generates endpoints dynamically from database schemas, serializing JSON responses directly in SQL while delegating authorization to PostgreSQL roles. It is distributed as a standalone binary and can also be run using Docker.
