ScreenToGif is a Windows desktop application that lets you record a selected screen area, webcam feed, or live sketchboard drawings. It includes a built-in frame editor to trim and customize recordings before exporting them as GIFs, APNGs, videos, PSDs, or images. It runs locally on Windows via the .NET Desktop Runtime.
